Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for the organization, collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements, and implementing employer branding initiatives. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive recruitment experience, with a specific focus on IT and technical recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including end-to-end recruitment strategies
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Experience in Employer Branding and promoting a positive organizational image
- Expertise in IT Recruitment with a deep understanding of hiring technical talent
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Previous experience in the technology or semiconductor industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
