Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Bhopal. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building and maintaining employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and sourcing and screening candidates. This role requires involvement in IT recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in end-to-end Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams
- Experience in Employer Branding to enhance the organization’s visibility and attract top talent
- Specialized knowledge in IT Recruitment, including understanding technical roles and skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment based in Bhopal
- Prior experience in recruitment roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
