Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher) based in Bhubaneswar. The Talent Acquisition Executive will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in selection processes. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, and supporting employer branding activities on social media and other channels. The individual will work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand role requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience. The position also includes preparing basic recruitment reports, handling follow-ups with candidates, and contributing to campus hiring and internship drives as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to support end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Basic understanding or exposure to IT Recruitment, especially for roles in technology and digital domains, is an advantage.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Awareness of Employer Branding practices and willingness to support branding initiatives across digital and campus channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Business, or related fields is preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools and comfort using online job portals and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a mission-driven, non-profit environment.
