What will you do?
- End-to-end hiring for Digital, Creative, Strategy, BD, Tech, and Support functions.
- Build and manage a quality talent pipeline specifically from the advertising/digital ecosystem.
- Conduct detailed screening to evaluate functional understanding, culture fit, and role alignment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand mandates and craft optimal hiring strategies.
- Manage interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate experience from first call to offer rollout.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment dashboards, trackers, and weekly hiring reports.
- Manage employer branding initiatives such as LinkedIn job posts, content, internal communications, and events.
- Support onboarding and induction for new joiners when required.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
What We're Looking For!
- 1-2yrs experience in Talent Acquisition within an advertising/digital marketing agency (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of agency roles (Creative, Content, Account Management, BD, Performance, Tech, etc.)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions at high speed with accuracy.
- Passion for people, culture, creativity, and digital-first businesses.
- Proactive, structured, and energetic someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
