Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, posting job openings on appropriate platforms, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The individual will also contribute to creating a positive candidate experience and improving recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across various platforms
- Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
- Strong organizational skills in coordinating recruitment activities and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in talent acquisition and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software is an added advantage
