Role Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment for our clients while also contributing to business development initiatives (approx. 20% of the role).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, client interaction, and wants to build a holistic understanding of both hiring and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned client mandates
- Understand client requirements, role expectations, and cultural nuances
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, database)
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide hiring updates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles
- Ensure quality of candidates and adherence to timelines
Business Development (20%)
- Support in identifying potential clients through research and outreach
- Assist in lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking
- Participate in introductory calls and client conversations
- Support in preparing proposals, company decks, and follow-ups
- Maintain a basic understanding of market trends and hiring demand
Key Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- High ownership and accountability
CTC: Upto 15000 per month + incentives
