Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, based in the Pune District. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will focus on fostering employer branding and building relationships with potential talent pipelines. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet hiring needs and ensure the recruitment strategies align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment to identify and attract top talent
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage and execute recruitment strategies effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with an eye for detail
- Previous experience in the creative or VFX industry is a plus
