Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, located in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, and enhancing employer branding. Key responsibilities include posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will also focus on identifying talent within IT domains and other specialized fields to meet organizational hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting for varied roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance brand image.
- Familiarity with IT Recruitment processes, including sourcing and hiring for technical positions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple job openings and deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
