Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for clients across India and the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
* Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
* Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
* Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining recruitment quality.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 3-8 years of recruitment experience (agency/recruitment consultancy experience preferred).
* Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
