Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, GitHub, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with Leads & managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, employee documentation, and induction.
- Handle employee offboarding, including exit documentation, clearances, and exit interviews.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Operate and manage InfraSingularity’s AI-powered interview platform and coordinate AI-assisted interview workflows.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and Perplexity to streamline sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate and improve recruitment processes using AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through various job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Comfortable using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and Perplexity in day-to-day work.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
