Role Description
This is a contractual on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Pune, joining the EDMO team on a 3-month contract. Responsibilities include executing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and hiring top talent, focusing on IT recruitment needs. The role also involves engaging with potential candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in IT & Non-IT Recruitment
- Excellent Communication skills for candidate engagement and collaboration with hiring teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to work on-site in Pune for a 3-month contract
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in talent acquisition in technology or education sectors is an advantage
