Role ObjectiveTo support the organization’s hiring needs by executing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination activities efficiently, ensuring timely and quality closures.
Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Build and maintain a relevant candidate pipeline for open roles
2. Screening & Evaluation
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates as per defined criteria
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess communication, interest, and basic fit
3. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely communication
4. Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
- Provide updates to hiring managers on pipeline and status
5. Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ensure data accuracy for all hiring activities
Mandatory Requirements- Exactly 6 months of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in sourcing through Naukri and/or LinkedIn
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to IT hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Immediate availability / short notice period
