Role Objective

To support the organization’s hiring needs by executing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination activities efficiently, ensuring timely and quality closures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Pipeline Management

• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Build and maintain a relevant candidate pipeline for open roles

2. Screening & Evaluation

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates as per defined criteria
• Conduct initial HR screening to assess communication, interest, and basic fit

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure smooth coordination and timely communication

4. Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
• Provide updates to hiring managers on pipeline and status

5. Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Ensure data accuracy for all hiring activities

Mandatory Requirements

• Exactly 6 months of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience in sourcing through Naukri and/or LinkedIn
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to IT hiring
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Immediate availability / short notice period
