Job Description : Talent Acquisition Executive – Real Estate & Construction
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Industry: Real Estate / Redevelopment / Construction
Experience Required: 1–8 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹4 LPA (Based on Experience)
DGS Group is looking to hire a recruitment-focused Talent Acquisition Executive with prior experience in real estate, redevelopment or construction industry hiring.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates for builders, developers, EPC or construction organizations.
Role Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment coordination
- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Interview scheduling and follow-up coordination
- Hiring pipeline management
- Recruitment reporting and database management
- Coordination with department heads and project teams
Required Hiring Exposure
Candidates should have experience hiring for profiles such as:
- Civil Engineers
- QA/QC Engineers
- Safety Officers
- Architects
- Billing Engineers
- CRM Teams
- Sales Teams
- Legal & Liaisoning Profiles
- Procurement & Site Operations
Candidate Requirements
- Real estate / construction recruitment experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Understanding of construction and redevelopment hiring ecosystem
- Comfortable travelling across project locations between Andheri to Borivali whenever required for hiring coordination and site-level recruitment support
