The Talent Acquisition Coordinator II will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and HR team members to support interview scheduling, candidate communication, system updates, and recruiting projects. They will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate while keeping our hiring process organized, efficient, and consistent.
Primary Responsibilities
- Advertise job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the team, such as candidate engagement, scheduling, updating reports, posting jobs and/or other duties as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system, Workday.
- Track interview stages, candidate feedback, and pipeline activity.
- Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate with hiring teams, candidates, and executives.
- Prepare and distribute interview logistics, including calendar invites, Teams links, and candidate prep materials.
- Act as a point of contact for logistical questions before and after interviews.
- Ensure every candidate receives timely updates and professional communication.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and ensuring a positive experience.
- Contribute to employer branding, diversity hiring events, campus recruiting, or process documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes or automate repeated tasks.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR support or administrative role.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Workday ATS.
- Comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate resolutions.
- Understands the “big picture” and can juggle many priorities.
- Strong sense of urgency and drive to produce results.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company a plus.
