Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, organizing interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role also includes maintaining candidate databases, assisting with administrative tasks, and fostering strong communication between stakeholders to meet hiring goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members, candidates, and stakeholders
- Experience in hiring processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Knowledge of customer service practices and a candidate-focused approach
- Organizational and administrative assistance skills to manage recruitment-related tasks
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR in the technology or professional services industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
