Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant – Technical Hiring (Contract)
Experience: 4–5 Years
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Potential Full-time Conversion based on performance)
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with strong expertise in technical recruitment and sourcing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in open web sourcing, Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing, and headhunting for technology roles. The role will primarily focus on hiring for Global Capability Center (GCC) clients and requires the ability to manage end-to-end technical hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for GCC clients.
- Perform strong sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and open web platforms.
- Use advanced Boolean and X-ray search techniques to identify niche technical talent.
- Conduct proactive headhunting for difficult-to-close technology roles.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, and role alignment.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in technical / IT recruitment.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and Naukri.
- Proven experience in open web sourcing and headhunting.
- Basic understanding of technology stacks and IT roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with GCC or global clients is a plus.
