About Us:
At Open Links Foundation, we are an IT-based non-profit founded by Sanjay Dalmia (IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad) with a mission to strengthen the government school ecosystem and make government schools aspirational. We improve education quality by supporting teachers, partnering with district administrations for efficient program implementation like FLN and scholarships, and leveraging technology via our Vinoba app. We impact over 61,000 schools, 200,000 teachers, and 4 million students across 36 districts.
Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will support end-to-end recruitment for programmatic and head office roles as we scale our impact. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers. It's ideal for early-career professionals eager to build expertise in social sector talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment execution: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication across platforms like LinkedIn and job portals.
- Build candidate pipelines through outreach, referrals, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in screening, assessments, reference checks, onboarding, and documentation like offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR databases, and support process improvements; assist HR operations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years in recruitment/talent acquisition; social sector experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, local language; strong communication; familiarity with Google Workspace, job portals, and tracking tools.
- Personal attributes: responsibility (students first), self-learner, positive attitude.
