About The Role
We are seeking an
HR with 3–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR functions and support various people-related initiatives. The candidate should have practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance processes, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees to ensure a smooth start.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support performance review processes and assist in employee development activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Assist in planning and executing engagement and training initiatives.
- Support implementation of HR policies, systems, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with teams and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR tools or software.
