Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: 6 months - 2 years
Education: Graduate (Any stream), MBA preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team at House of EdTech. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end hiring process, engage with top talent, and support the company’s rapid expansion. If you enjoy interacting with people, thinking creatively, and working in a dynamic setup—this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Strategy
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Identify and engage with both active and passive candidates
- Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes and shortlist qualified profiles
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience & culture fit
- Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Collect and document interview feedback
- Ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for all candidates
- Talent Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for future hiring needs
- Track market trends and keep updated with industry talent movements
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent House of EdTech professionally across channels
- Support branding initiatives through social media & recruitment campaigns
- Reporting & Recruitment Analytics
- Maintain accurate hiring data and daily/weekly reports
- Use insights to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Key Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn & social platforms
- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively
- Solid experience in screening & evaluating candidates
- Proficiency in interview coordination and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools & dashboards
- Problem-solving ability and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
