About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment and hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to build a career in Human Resources. The candidate will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization.
- Conduct outbound reach-outs to potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Perform initial screening of candidate profiles and shortlist suitable applicants.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Coordination & Communication
- Draft and send candidate communication including interview invitations, follow-ups, and other recruitment-related emails.
- Share application forms, assessments, and other documentation with candidates as required.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely updates and professional communication.
Administrative & Process Support
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Assist HR in managing recruitment documentation and reports.
- Support the HR team in other administrative tasks related to hiring and onboarding.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- High level of diligence and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Smart, proactive, and eager to learn HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
