What You’ll Do
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-sales and niche roles across multiple functions
🔹 Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business and hiring needs
🔹 Source and engage high-quality talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels
🔹 Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
🔹 Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
🔹 Track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements
✅ What We’re Looking For
🔹 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to non-sales and niche hiring
🔹 Proven experience hiring for specialized roles across Tech, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.
🔹 Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
🔹 Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
🔹 Own laptop is mandatory
