Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Recruiter to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, posting job advertisements, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, coordinating interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and assisting with onboarding processes to support a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and advanced recruiting strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and meet hiring deadlines
- Understanding of the local job market in Bengaluru is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
