What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)
● Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
● Create clear and practical job descriptions aligned with business expectations
● Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional
networks
● Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, attitude, and role fit
● Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers through the selection
process
● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer rollout
● Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring
● Share regular hiring updates and reports with stakeholders
● Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with HR and business teams
● Stay updated on hiring trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices
