About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, customer handling, or other people-facing roles are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, professional engagement, and seamless coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, hiring for sales, customer service, or similar people-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and performance-driven cultur
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
