About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment and hiring for our restaurant’s service and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct cold calling and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Assist with salary negotiations and offer letter releases.
- Follow up with candidates and support the recruitment process.
- Recruitment for Hospitality
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resource Management, Hotel Management, or a relevant field.
- 2025-2026 pass-out candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in recruitment and the hospitality industry.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
