Talent Acquisition Associate (US Staffing)
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate with US Recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, experience in sourcing/screening candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and ZipRecruiter, and hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS
.
Qualification
- s:6–12 months of experience in US Staffing/Recruitmen
- t.Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment proces
- s.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and ZipRecruiter for candidate sourcin
- g.Hands-on experience with Ceipal AT
- S.Exposure to hiring for Manufacturing, Production, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology roles is highly preferre
- d.Excellent communication and candidate management skill
- s.Must be comfortable working the night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
).
