RePut.ai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end hiring across multiple functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
📍 Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid
🕒 Experience: Freshers welcome
🎓 Eligibility: MBA HR graduates or candidates looking to transition into recruitment roles
💼 What You’ll Do
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on role requirements
- Create and refine Job Descriptions (JDs) for various positions
- Manage hiring for multiple technical and non-technical roles
- Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates
- Efficiently communicate interview feedback (selected/rejected) professionally
- Maintain organized recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to close positions efficiently
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English mandatory)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel, and job portals
- Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
