Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth, sourcing top-tier talent for both academic and corporate roles. From finding specialized verbal and quant faculty to hiring business development experts and admissions counselors, your work will directly impact the quality of education and service we deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
- Diverse Portfolio Hiring: Source for a wide variety of roles, including Test Prep Faculty (Quant/Verbal), Admissions Counselors, Center Managers, Business Development Executives, and corporate support staff.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the face of Jamboree, ensuring a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience for all candidates from the first touchpoint to day one.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Center Heads and Functional Leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date and accurate recruitment trackers, generating weekly/monthly reports on hiring metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, pipeline health).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years+ of experience in recruitment. Experience in the EdTech, Education is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. An MBA or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources is a strong plus.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proven expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other niche hiring platforms.
- Data Maintenance: Should be good in MS Excel and other MS tools, Should be able to maintain hiring trackers and data on other platforms accurately.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch Jamboree’s vision convincingly.
- Speed & Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Interpersonal Skills: A strong judge of character with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
