Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager
Role Objective: To support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement to ensure timely hiring of quality talent aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
