Role Overview: Godrej Properties is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment activities across functions. The role involves managing the complete hiring lifecycle and coordinating closely with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding coordination and documentation.
Key Requirements:
• 1 -3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Real Estate industry experience is an advantage
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
