DevLabs Technology Hiring: Technical Recruiter (Associate)
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate (Technical Recruiter) who is passionate about hiring and enjoys connecting great talent with the right opportunities. This role offers the chance to work closely with the stakeholders, manage full recruitment cycle for C2C/ C2H positions and contribute directly to our growing organization.
Location: Noida (Onsite-5 days)
Role Type: Full-time
Experience: 0-2yrs
What we are looking for:
• Exposure/Experience in IT Staff Augmentation model
• Exposure/Experience in handling full-time and contractual(C2C/C2H) positions
• Should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions
• Candidates with notice period of Immediate to 30 days will be considered
• Must have good experience with MS-Office/Outlook
• Exposure/Experience with the job portals like Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn etc.
• Exposure/Experience in vendor and stakeholder coordination
• Must have excellent communication (oral and verbal) skills
