Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the company's hiring goals. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive effective hiring strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with hiring managers and team members
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Analytical and organizational skills to assess candidate qualifications and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Knowledge of the real estate or infrastructure sector is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
