Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Trainee, based in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Trainee will assist in managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring efforts. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in employer branding initiatives and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The selected individual will collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team and various departments to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting techniques
- Understanding of Employer Branding and its application in attracting top talent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for education and the edtech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
