Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Drive the organization’s scale-up initiatives by attracting high-quality talent across the industry
2. Review and screen resumes; shortlist candidates for initial telephonic interactions
3. Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews and assess candidates for subsequent evaluation rounds
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers
5. Consistently achieve monthly hiring targets aligned with organizational growth objectives
6. Manage the offer rollout process and ensure continuous candidate engagement through onboarding
Competencies
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
2. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proactive approach to sourcing candidates and building a strong talent pipeline
