About the Role:

As part of the Talent & Culture team, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across non-tech functions, building strong pipelines, driving faster closures, and working closely with leadership on scaling our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-tech roles, including Sales, Marketing, Visual Designers, Graphic Designers, and other creative functions.
- Drive fast-paced hiring aligned with business needs while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Build effective hiring strategies, pipelines, and talent pools for different business units.
- Partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and the HR team to forecast hiring needs and fulfill them proactively.
- Source candidates through innovative channels (job portals, social media, internal networks, referrals, events, etc.).
- Ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and candidate communication across all stages of hiring.
- Track key hiring metrics and contribute to continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.
- Represent Airtribe’s employer brand in every candidate interaction, creating a strong and positive image in the market.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably with a startup or high-growth company.
- Strong experience with non-tech recruitment and closing roles such as Sales, Marketing, Content, Visual Design, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and hiring demands independently and with agility.
- Excellent sourcing skills, including familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- A structured, process-oriented mindset with a knack for creative sourcing and employer branding.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- A go-getter attitude with a passion for helping teams grow and succeed.
