We are hiring 2025/2026 graduates (Bachelor’s/Postgraduate) who are eager to start a career in US IT Recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn & job portals
- Screen profiles & conduct initial assessments
- Engage with candidates and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate pipeline & trackers
- Support end-to-end recruitment and reporting
Requirements:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in night shift (US EST)
- Quick learner, adaptable, and target-driven
- Basic MS Office knowledge
Good to Have: Internship/knowledge in HR or IT roles
