We Are Hiring: Talent Acquisition Associate – Tele Recruitment & Agency Onboarding | BLook
India is sitting on lakhs of underutilised spaces — shops, societies, gyms, salons — all capable of generating advertising income, but most don’t know how.
At BLook, we are building a platform to monetise these spaces by connecting them with advertisers, unlocking a completely new income stream for space owners.
We are now expanding aggressively and building a high-performance hiring engine to onboard:
✔ Sales Executives (Field & Inside Sales)
✔ Sales Outsourcing Agencies (who can deploy teams at scale)
Role: Talent Acquisition Associate – Tele Recruitment & Agency Onboarding
This is a high-volume calling role, not a traditional HR desk job.
You will be responsible for:
📞 Calling candidates and agencies daily
📊 Screening and explaining the BLook opportunity
🤝 Onboarding sales executives and third-party sales agencies
📅 Scheduling interviews and driving closures
📈 Maintaining daily calling and onboarding targets
🔥 Key Responsibilities:
- Make 80–120 calls per day to candidates & agencies
- Pitch BLook opportunity confidently
- Onboard:
- Field Sales Executives
- Telecallers / Inside Sales
- Sales Agencies / Channel Partners
- Build a strong pipeline of active candidates
- Follow up aggressively to ensure joining
- Maintain accurate reporting in CRM
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
✔ Comfortable with high-volume calling
✔ Street-smart, target-driven mindset
✔ Ability to convince and close candidates
✔ Prior experience in telecalling / recruitment / sales is a plus
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month
Incentives:
- Per candidate joined
- Per agency onboarded
- High performers can grow fast within the organisation
