Role Description
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition and Business Development Specialist
You will work closely with our Director and take ownership of
✔ End to end recruitment
✔ Client conversations and relationship building
✔ Candidate sourcing and pipeline management
✔ Supporting business development initiatives
💼 What You Will Be Doing
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement
• Engage with hiring managers across Canada
• Source and interview candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Build strong pipelines for current and future roles
• Support business development and operational tasks (~20%)
• Deliver a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
🎯 What We Are Looking For
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or B2B sales recruitment experience preferred
• Proven ability to hit targets
• Strong communication skills comfortable with cold calls and client conversations
• Self driven, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to work Canada business hours (EST)
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
💰 Compensation
• Fixed: ₹20,000 per month
• Earning Potential: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (with commission)
• Commission: competitive structure
• Contract: 6 months with a full time conversion path
