Position Overview:The Talent Analyst will be responsible for sourcing and identifying professionals from Analyst to Managing Director levels. analyzing hiring data, building reports, and providing insights to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, and strategy. This role combines data analysis with recruiting operations to help optimize the full hiring lifecycle.Responsibilities:* Source and track potential prospects and candidates via LinkedIn or other network platforms
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve recruiting performance
- Maintain data accuracy within Applicant Tracking Systems
- Partner with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to support hiring needs
- Automate and improve reporting processes
- Assist in vendor management and sourcing channel analysis
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the hiring process
A successful Talent Analyst should have:* Strong familiarity with LinkedIn
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and present data clearly to non-technical audiences
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
