A leading exhibition and trade fair organizer that creates large-scale business platforms connecting brands, buyers, and industry stakeholders across multiple sectors in India.
Operates as a B2B-focused business ecosystem enabler (with some B2C exposure via lifestyle expos) within the events, exhibitions, and trade show industry, driving networking, lead generation, and industry growth.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who has strong experience in sales hiring and bulk/volume hiring, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The role requires someone who can handle high hiring volumes while ensuring quality talent acquisition aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Drive bulk hiring mandates, especially for sales teams (inside sales, field sales, B2B sales, etc.)
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and workforce planning
- Build strong talent pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor partnerships
- Manage high-volume closures with defined TATs
- Conduct structured interviews and ensure candidate experience
- Handle offer negotiations, salary benchmarking, and closure
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics (closure rate, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.)
- Coordinate with HR Ops for smooth onboarding and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales hiring (mandatory)
- Strong exposure to bulk/volume hiring environments
- Experience in end-to-end TA ownership
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously under tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting
