📢 Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruitment)
📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
💼 Work Mode: Hybrid
🔹 Experience Required
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Experience working with IT staffing / recruitment companies is preferred
- Candidates based in Mumbai only
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen and shortlist technical profiles across various technologies
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Manage candidate communication and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to close positions efficiently
🔹 Mandatory Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
🔹 Preferred
- Experience handling client requirements in a staffing company
- Knowledge of contract hiring and permanent hiring
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
