About the role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Quality, Operations or related field; significant experience in Quality, manufacturing, supply, business excellence, transformation, or strategy deployment in regulated industry; strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results without direct authority; strong business and financial acumen; experience with digital enablement, data-driven performance management, portfolio management, resource prioritization, or OPEX/CAPEX prioritization; Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, project management, change management, or similar certification preferred.
