Process Integration Engineer

The Process Integration Engineer is responsible for the integration and process development of key semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies. The main responsibilities include: 1. Develop, integrate and optimize new and existing semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies. 2. Perform process characterization, modeling, and optimization to improve process capability and yield. 3. Work closely with TSMC R&D, equipment and material suppliers to develop and qualify advanced process technologies. 4. Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing process issues to identify root causes and develop corrective actions. 5. Contribute to the technology roadmap and the development of next-generation semiconductor manufacturing processes.
