What You'll Do
As a Senior SDE at Tailored AI, you will:
- Lead and deliver across 3–4 high-impact product tracks.
- Own the architecture and execution of a core track—hands-on.
- Mentor bright engineers from top schools and top firms.
- Guide system design, best practices, and execution strategy.
- Communicate directly with clients (who are Founders and Executives)
- Ship real AI products, across industries, that create 10x value.
And you'll do all this while learning how to run and scale cutting-edge AI systems, working shoulder-to-shoulder with one of the most capable engineering teams in India.

What You’ll Work On
Here’s a glimpse of the kinds of problems our team is solving right now:
- AI Freight Broker: A Gen AI-powered freight broker that captures demand and supply information, autonomously matches supply to demand, and fixes rates.
- Legal Copilot: Helping Indian lawyers access case law, insights, and documents via intelligent retrieval and summarization tools.
- AI Career Coach: A multi-agent platform that recommends careers, finds jobs, rewrites resumes, and preps users for interviews—all in one chat interface.
Technical Skills Required

Qualifications
- B.Tech. with up 3 to 4 years of work experience, or M.Tech. with 2 to 4 years of work experience
- Good to have for both roles: Graduation from Tier 1 institutes (IITs, IIITs, BITS, NITs)
- B.Tech in Computer Science will be strongly preferred
Good To Have
- Previous work experience with a start-up or similar setting is preferred
- Having an interest in system architecture design

Interview Process:
[1] Screening: One of the Co-Founders will have a quick call to understand if the basic requirements are met
[2] CV Based, Puzzles, and Basic Programming: This will be a 1 hour round to understand your basic skills and past experiences better.
[3] Live Coding: This will again be a 1 hour long round where we ask you to solve a problem using documentation we provide in Python.
[4] System Design: A take home problem statement that will be discussed in an interview round
