Integrations Specialist (ERP & API Integrations)

We are looking for an Integrations Specialist to design, build, and manage integrations for our ERP platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong API expertise who understands how to create seamless, scalable, and abstract integrations between our platform and external systems. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that integrations enhance data flow, automation, and business efficiency. Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms is a strong plus. You`ll Get To Design, develop, and maintain API-based integrations between our ERP platform and external services. Ensure integrations are abstracted and modular, allowing for easy scalability and adaptability to future partners. Work with third-party APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines to enable real-time and batch data exchanges. Optimize integration performance to handle large-scale data processing with high reliability. Build middleware and transformation layers for data normalization and seamless communication across systems. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define integration roadmaps and prioritize key initiatives. Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for integration health and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with data security, authentication, and authorization best practices (OAuth, JWT, API keys, etc.). Work with PMS APIs (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) to enable smooth connectivity with our platform.
