Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Taekwondo Instructor at the Little Millennium Preschool located in Kanpur. The Taekwondo Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging taekwondo sessions for preschool-aged children. Key responsibilities include teaching basic taekwondo techniques in a child-friendly manner, planning age-appropriate exercises to enhance fitness and discipline, ensuring students' safety during training, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment to inspire confidence and teamwork among the children.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Taekwondo and Kickboxing with demonstrated skills and certification
- Proficiency in coaching and training, especially with young learners
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with preschool-aged children
- Certification to teach Taekwondo or martial arts is highly preferred
- Previous experience in teaching or coaching children is an advantage
