About the Role ➖
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our products, including defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
The Product Manager will play a key role in driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and ensuring product-market fit. If you are passionate about building impactful products and solving real-world problems, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities ➖
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements.
Product Development:
Translate product vision into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
Act as a product owner in an Agile environment, ensuring clear communication between teams.
Continuously refine product backlog and prioritize tasks based on business and customer needs.
Customer Insights and Research:
Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing.
Use data-driven insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
Monitor and measure product performance to ensure successful product outcomes.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Ensure clear product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
Drive user adoption and growth by identifying and leveraging new opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Facilitate meetings, product demos, and status updates with stakeholders.
Work with customer support to understand customer pain points and prioritize solutions.
