The Role: As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for our IoT and cellular-connected product lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful development and launch of these cutting-edge products. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities - Defining product requirements, features, and user experiences that align with the company's strategic objectives - Collaborating with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps - Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch - Monitoring product performance, gathering customer feedback, and driving continuous improvements - Aligning marketing and sales efforts to effectively position and promote the products Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the consumer electronics, IoT, or outdoor/recreational technology industries - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile development, and go-to-market strategies - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Analytical mindset with a demonstrated track record of using data to inform product decisions - Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (MBA or engineering degree preferred) - Passion for the outdoors and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of our target customers
