Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to candidate engagement, and hands-on experience in SAP-related hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and support the offer process.
  • Handle recruitment for SAP-related roles, understanding the specific skill sets required.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Represent the company positively to attract top talent.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably with SAP hiring experience.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify top talent quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and MS Office Suite.
