As a Self-Service Advertiser Support Specialist on the Customer Success team in our New Delhi office, you'll play a vital role of contact for self-service advertisers, helping them get the most out of the Taboola platform. Your role will involve guiding advertisers through the entire process, from onboarding to campaign optimization, ensuring their success while handling a variety of inquiries ranging from technical issues to billing questions. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 3+ years of experience in customer technical support. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems. Basic understanding of online advertising metrics and KPIs. Technical aptitude and comfort with troubleshooting issues on digital advertising platforms. Bonus points if you have: Experience working with programmatic advertising. A passion for technology and data. How you'll make an impact: As a Self-Service Advertiser Support Specialist, you'll bring value by: Provide timely and effective support to self-service advertisers via email, live chat, and occasionally over calls, addressing their questions and resolving issues promptly. Assist prospective advertisers with the signup process, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience. Guide existing advertisers on campaign management, including setup, targeting, optimization, and performance analysis. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Taboola platform, escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical teams. Address billing inquiries, including payment issues and invoice explanations. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that advertisers may encounter.
